Mansoor H. Shahzad serves as the Managing Director for Atlas Group Ltd., a consulting firm focused on providing relevant, results-driven strategic, financial, and program management services. Mansoor Shahzad has approximately 20 years of experience serving as a change agent for public and private sector organizations alike; Mr. Shahzad most recently served as Director of IT Program Management for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where he was instrumental in building a Program Management Office (PMO) for a $800 million dollar IT modernization program. Previously, at Andersen Consulting, Mr. Shahzad focused on leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Contact Center, and Customer Service Strategy.

Mr. Shahzad received his MBA from the George Washington University, and possesses degrees in Economics, Accounting, Management Information Systems, and International Relations from George Mason University. Mansoor Shahzad is also a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
